Customer Care Representative
Location : Madison, WI (East Side)
Schedule : Monday-Thursday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM | Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Customer Care Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers, providing exceptional service via phone and email. You'll play a key role in supporting order processing, resolving inquiries, and contributing to our overall customer satisfaction and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound customer calls and emails regarding orders, product information, pricing, and status updates
Monitor and manage email queues to meet department service goals
Process orders and complaints accurately using Oracle ERP system
Collaborate with departments including logistics, trade compliance, regulatory affairs, supply chain, and sales to resolve customer issues
Create and maintain customer accounts
Participate in daily KPI meetings and meet individual performance metrics
Troubleshoot technical issues and prepare Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs)
Proactively communicate potential challenges to leadership
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of customer service or technical support experience
Experience handling irate customers with professionalism
Typing speed of 40 WPM
Familiarity with CRM / ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
