The ideal candidate will efficiently manage a high volume of client files from onboarding to completion, adeptly juggling multiple projects, priorities, and clients. With minimal supervision, you will deliver results through proactive problem-solving, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong commitment to achieving goals. Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients following sign-up, providing onboarding, timely updates, and addressing inquiries via email and phone. Problem-Solving : Address and resolve unique client needs and issues with professionalism, ensuring all client complaints are handled effectively. Information Management : Request, follow up on, and organize client information and documents. Process Improvement : Contribute to optimizing our processes to boost efficiency and service quality. Document Management : Supervise the creation of templated documents to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. Skills and Qualifications : Education : High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus. Experience : Proven experience in client case / file management or a similar role. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a high volume of work efficiently and effectively. Customer Service : Exceptional skills in handling customer interactions with a friendly and professional approach. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management software. Strong ability to handle data with accuracy and care. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Adaptability : Willingness to adapt to evolving processes and work independently as well as part of a team.
