  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Client Success Team as a Client Success Specialist.
  • Working collaboratively alongside our Client Success Lead, you will play a crucial role in advancing client projects through either business closure processes or EIDL package compilation.
  • This position offers the perfect balance of independent responsibility and team support, allowing you to develop specialized expertise while contributing to our clients' successful outcomes.  The ideal candidate thrives in managing multiple concurrent projects, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and takes ownership of their project segments while maintaining seamless collaboration with the broader team.  Key Responsibilities :

  • Project Advancement : Take ownership of specific project components (business closure or EIDL package compilation) and drive them toward successful completion within our target timeline  Client Communication : Maintain professional communication with clients primarily via email, with occasional phone or virtual meetings as needed to gather information and provide updates on project progress  Document and Information Management : Efficiently collect, organize, and process client documentation and information required for your assigned project components  Team Collaboration : Work closely with the Client Success Lead to ensure seamless project handoffs and maintain consistency in client experience  Quality Assurance : Ensure accuracy and completeness of all work products while maintaining attention to detail in high-volume environments  Process Optimization : Contribute insights and suggestions for improving workflows and efficiency within your area of specialization  Skills and Qualifications :   Education : High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree preferred  Experience : Previous experience in project coordination, document management, or client support roles.
  • Familiarity with business documents, financial statements, or government filing processes a plus  Organizational Excellence :

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines  Communication Skills : Strong written communication abilities with professional email etiquette and clear, concise messaging  Technical Proficiency : Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, database management, and learning new software platforms.
  • Experience with HubSpot and AI tools desired  Emotional Intelligence :
