Job Title : US - Growth Associate

Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?) : Charlotte, NC (onsite)

Contract Duration : Contract until 10 / 19 / 2026

Description : What You'll Do :

Build, test, deploy, and manage email, push, and sms marketing campaigns that are critical to member experiences

Develop and implement operational efficiencies to automate and streamline your work.

Work closely with Product, Engineering, Copy, Design / Research and Brand to operationalize and bring to life essential experiences for marketing notifications

Leverage data to understand trends and maintain experience standards for members

Use creative ideas to optimize marketing campaigns for engagement where needed

Solve problems, prioritize, and collaborate across multiple teams within to bring strategies to life.

Basic Qualifications :

Professional experience in growth marketing / marketing operations / ad operations

Detail oriented; process-driven; solutions-minded

Hands-on, high capacity doer, multi-tasker with ability to work in an unstructured environment

Ability and willingness to learn quickly

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

High energy and positive attitude with a "can do," solution-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications :

Technical degree (Economics, Statistics, Math, etc.)

Past experience with SQL

Intermediate Excel functionality

Experience designing and implementing A / B and multivariate tests
