Position Description :
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Townhouse Center, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities include :
Active involvement in direct resident assessment and careSupervision and coordination of nursing personnel in accordance with State and Federal regulationsFormulating individualized nursing care plans using the nursing processDaily assessment of each resident and prompt adjustment of care plans as neededCollaborating with physicians during rounds and ensuring accurate communication of pertinent informationTraining and supervising nursing personnel to excel in their rolesDemonstrating effective leadership and conflict resolution skillsRemaining composed and efficient during emergency situationsAdditional Responsibilities :
Contributing to the implementation of our facility's Quality Improvement ProgramIdentifying potential safety hazards and ensuring compliance with facility guidelinesMaintaining accurate resident care records and documenting pertinent dataActively participating in resident care meetings, staff meetings, and in-service trainingEnsuring active licensure and attending all mandated in-servicesEngaging in teaching opportunities with residents, families, and staff through formal or informal presentationsDispensing medication and performing treatments in accordance with facility policies and proceduresPromptly notifying attending physicians and families of significant changes in residents' health conditionsRequirements :
