A company is looking for a Junior Account Executive to drive revenue and support sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Engage prospects and book qualified demos for Account Executives while influencing revenue through outbound prospecting
Support onboarding and training of new hires on sales tools and processes, and assist in optimizing Salesforce dashboards and reports
Collaborate with Sales Ops and Managers to enhance workflows, gather feedback, and contribute to the sales training library
Required Qualifications
Experience in sales or sales support roles
Proficiency in Salesforce and sales enablement platforms
Ability to train and coach new hires effectively
Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs and optimize sales processes
Collaborative mindset with effective cross-functional communication skills
