Job Summary : As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality content for our website, print media, and digital media. This includes product descriptions, tutorials, FAQs, and technical documentation. You will work closely with subject matter experts, engineers, and developers to ensure that the content is accurate, user-friendly, and aligns with our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities :

• Research information through expert interviews on complex technical subjects to create clear, concise content for our website, print media, and digital media.
• Write, edit, and proofread website content, ensuring it is accessible and engaging for a diverse audience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features, user needs, and technical specifications.
• Develop content strategies that improve website usability and SEO performance.
• Create and maintain documentation standards, style guides, and templates to ensure consistency across all web content.
• Use analytics tools to measure content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical writing and digital content.
