Key Responsibilities

Act as a point of contact for escalated issues, providing expertise and guidance

Support development of a structured process for triaging claims and other provider escalations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize issues based on their impact

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Proven ability to leverage complex data sets for strategic initiatives

Experience in process development, payment integrity, or issue resolution

Expertise in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and develop effective solutions
