A company is looking for a Sr ETL Data Analyst to lead data migration engagements and bridge business requirements with technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct source system analysis and data profiling to understand data structures and quality patterns
Design data transformation logic and develop test scenarios to ensure data integrity during migrations
Lead data reconciliation efforts and coordinate user acceptance testing with client stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in data migration or ETL projects
Experience with SQL and data profiling tools
Experience with requirements gathering and functional specification documentation
Understanding of data quality principles and validation methodologies
