Description :

As a Wide Format Digital Press Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating our digital wide format equipment according to written and / or verbal instructions, established company procedures, safety, and quality guidelines

• Efficiently operate wide format digital presses such as Fujifilm Acuity Prime 30 flatbed and Acuity 1600R roll to roll as well as Kongsberg C24 Edge Cutting Table
• Adjust press or file to optimize speed, color, or registration
• Accurately interpret, document, and communicate diagnostic feedback from equipment and act upon information to resolve production, maintenance and repair issues
• Pull materials and setup printers as appropriate to produce jobs meeting job ticket requirements
• Move finished materials to appropriate locations and document inventory changes
• Perform first off quality checks to proofs and job ticket requirements along with routine QC checks throughout production runs
• Perform color matching of supplied material
• Read and comprehend job tickets
• Report workplace hazards to management immediately
• Wear all assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required
• Report all work related injuries, illnesses, and / or near misses to management immediately
• Keep all work area / station in compliance with our housekeeping guidelines
• Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations
• Maintain departmental housekeeping standards, such as keeping floors swept and absent of debris that may be a work hazard
• Regularly perform general housekeeping duties in your work area(s)
• Adhere to all safety policies and protocols and maintain a safe working environment
• Attend all department / company meetings
• Other duties as assigned
