Certified Medical Assistant / Weight Loss

Join the Livea Medical Team! Livea Medical, in partnership with Livea Weight Control Centers, is committed to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals through a holistic approach—including medical weight loss, personalized nutrition, and behavioral support. We are seeking a full-time Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our Minnetonka location. This dynamic, dual-role position combines front desk responsibilities with clinical and nutrition program support, offering the opportunity to work hands-on with clients while also supporting day-to-day center operations. Key Responsibilities : Support the front desk, including checking clients in and out, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing client flow. Perform medical administrative tasks, such as checking in product orders. Administer injections to clients as directed by the medical team. Support Livea's nutrition clients by receiving training to consult and coach in alignment with Livea's weight loss and wellness programs. Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service and support across all aspects of the center. Provide consistent, professional communication with clients, team members, and leadership. Maintain a clean, organized, and client-focused environment. What We're Looking For : Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or MA (Diploma) Dual-role interest : Comfortable working both at the front desk and in a support role with nutrition clients and the medical team. Full-Time would be considered around 30-34 hours per week. Must be available to work at least 3 Saturdays per month from 7 : 00 a.m. to 12 : 00 p.m. Experience giving injections and working in a clinical or wellness-focused setting is preferred. New CMA graduates are encouraged to apply! Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and comfortable with scheduling systems and POS platforms.
