Our client is a boutique construction management and general contracting firm specializing in high-end residential work, custom homes, and historic restorations. Job Description

Oversee day-to-day site operations for 4-5 concurrent residential projects. Manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Coordinate closely with the Owner and project stakeholders to align goals and expectations. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety protocols, and regulatory standards. Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for project documentation, scheduling, and reporting. Lead problem-solving on site, anticipating and addressing issues efficiently. Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, and the project team.

The Successful Applicant

3-5 years of experience as a Residential Superintendent. Proven background in managing multiple high-end residential or historic restoration projects. Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam (required - no training provided). Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders. Team-oriented personality - thrives in a collaborative environment. Must be commutable to Hyde Park, MA, and able to travel to project locations across Greater Boston and Eastern MA (including Provincetown).
