Base Pay Range

$90,000.00 / yr – $100,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Maintain and supervise a heavy & diversified caseload of the firm's clients.
• Communicate with clients regarding their respective matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, review & draft agreements, etc.
• Communicate with opposing parties to resolve / settle claims.
• Conduct legal research related to simple and complex issues in contract law and other areas of consumer law.

Nationwide law firm is looking to expand its roster of litigation attorneys. You must be admitted to practice law in the state that you live in. Working on multiple positions across various states, so if you are a strong litigator please consider applying! This is a strict 40 hour work week. No billable hours.
