The LTE Enterprise Administration Lead role is part of the Emory Healthcare's System Talent & Learning team and directly drives the organization's commitment to our people.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning Technology & Enablement, the LTE Enterprise Administration Lead is a senior-level platform owner responsible for executing and optimizing all operational workflows within Emory Healthcare's enterprise learning system, HealthStream (HLC).
This role is a key driver of compliance, platform integrity, data accuracy, and system readiness across a learner population.
This role is built for a proactive expert in LMS administration who thrives on navigating system complexity, managing enterprise-level training assignments, preparing for audit cycles, and continuously improving how the platform is used across the organization.
This role is instrumental in supporting the present state of compliance and learning execution, while building the infrastructure needed for future automation, integration, and scale.

Regulatory Training Execution & Audit PreparednessLead the system-side execution of regulatory training assignments across the enterprise using logic tied to job titles, departments, care settings, and leader tracksMaintain clean, documented processes for all regulatory training cycles, ensuring Emory is always audit-readyPartner with content owners, compliance leaders, and HR to troubleshoot assignment gaps, resolve data mismatches, and ensure learners receive the right content at the right timeTrack completions and overdue training, escalate risks early, and drive reporting cadence to key stakeholders during annual and new hire cyclesLMS Operations & Technical ExecutionOwn course and curriculum configuration in HealthStream, including session setup, blended learning builds, and automated workflowsTriage and manage the full support intake process, resolving issues efficiently and escalating when needed with complete contextOversee permissions, admin access, user role reviews, and monthly cleanup to support governance and system integrityImplement fixes for logic errors, completion failures, or assignment misfires and document changes for system transparencyProcess Improvement & Governance ImplementationRecommend and roll out operational improvements that reduce risk, improve data reliability, and increase platform efficiencyWrite and refine SOPs, process maps, and admin support documentation to enable consistent execution across teamsServe as an advisor and executor during implementation of new governance models and training workflowsData & Reporting ManagementBuild, audit, and maintain reports on training completion, overdue assignments, attendance, and admin activityPartner with HRIS and data teams to align PeopleSoft data structures with assignment logic and reporting use casesProactively identify inconsistencies in data inputs and course builds that impact downstream automation and reportingFuture-State Implementation SupportSupport HealthStream readiness for organizational growth, acquisitions, and integrations by leading technical clean-up and system configuration workPlay a central role in rolling out new assignment automation, LMS enhancements, and contributor training programsServe as a system SME in cross-functional meetings focused on platform evolution, internal audit findings, or digital transformationMinimum Required Qualifications :
Education - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Information Systems, or related fieldExperience - 6+ years in LMS administration; with or equivalent experienceInvolvement in compliance driven training environments (healthcare or other regulated industries)Ability to execute large-scale training assignments and manage complex workflowsExperience partnering with HRIS / data teams to align LMS with enterprise systems (e.g., PeopleSoft)Experience with LMS migrations, upgrades, or integrationsKnowledge, skills, and abilities (required) :
Proficiency in ExcelStrong problem-solving process improvement orientationClear written and verbal communication skillsAbility to troubleshoot LMS issues and provide effective stakeholder supportAbility to balance technical execution with enterprise level strategy and scalability initiativesStrong process mindset with demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable improvementsPreferred Qualifications
Education - Master's degree (MBA, MEd, or related discipline)Experience - 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise-level LMS administration; (HealthStream strongly preferred)Advanced LMS configuration and optimization; experience managing user permissions, assignment logic, evaluations and reporting at scaleExperience implementing governance structures for LMS platformsProven record of leading regulatory training cycles and audit preparedness at scaleHands-on experience with LMS integrations, system migrations, or large scale upgradesFamiliarity with automating training assignments. Leveraging APIs, AICCs or connecting LMS complementary platformsHands-on experience connecting LMS with HRIS systems including data mapping, imports / exports, and automation workflowsKnowledge, skills, and ability requirements (preferred) :
Advanced proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, lookups, and large dataset analysisAbility to create technical SOPs, admin guides, and governance documentation to standardize system use and support auditsStrong analytical and critical thinking skills, with ability to identify inefficiencies and design scalable solutionsStrong change management and stakeholder engagement skills with ability to influence leaders across HR, compliance or training outcomesKnowledge of role based access security permissions, and user provisioning to maintain system integrityStrong ability to diagnose and resolve assignment misfires, data mismatches, completion tracking issues, and system performance problemsSkilled in extracting, validating, and presenting data to support internal / external; audits, compliance reviews and regulatory reportingJoin our team today!
