Nissan experience a plus Resume must be uploaded for immediate consideration Granbury, TX 76049 : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Hire, coach, train, counsel and monitor the performance of business development representatives in order to assure top performance Work alongside Executive and department managers to develop appointment setting strategies Develop and execute outbound internet and phone campaigns Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service forecasts Achieve the sales and customer satisfaction objective set by management Develop campaigns with management for BDC department Bi-weekly pay Paid time off Paid training Bonus Pay Commission Pay Insurance : medical, vision, dental, accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity plans Health savings Flex spending accounts ( tax free ) Short-term and Long-term disability plans Life Insurance (Whole Life and Term) 401k with company match Customer service : 1 year (Preferred)
