Key Responsibilities

Perform contract reviews focusing on IT terms to reduce contract backlogs

Participate in vendor lifecycle process discussions to identify and mitigate gaps

Review and process renewals against agreed contractual / commercial terms

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience in procurement and IT contract management for software products and consulting services

Experience in IT outsourcing to offshore vendors

Preferred knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (such as DORA)

Ability to work independently

Efficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
