Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop visual content based on company animation IPs, including character artwork, style guides, and key visuals.
• Create product design concepts for merchandise (e.g., apparel, toys, collectibles, lifestyle products) in alignment with brand / IP identity.
• Collaborate with animation, licensing, and marketing teams to ensure accurate brand representation across all content and products.
• Develop style guides and brand assets for internal and external partners.
• Support marketing campaigns by designing promotional materials (digital and print).
• Research market trends in animation, gaming, and consumer products to generate innovative design ideas.
• Ensure all designs maintain consistency with IP identity, audience preferences, and global brand standards.
