We're seeking an eComm Digital Content Designer to own and execute digital content solutions that are aligned with the overall business goals and marketing strategies for each channel and country that the North American SodaStream team is responsible for. Cross-functional collaboration with the Sales, Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Social Commerce, Tech, and Design teams is paramount to be successful along with being a thought-leader for SodaStream's DTC and online grocery partners.

Responsibilities

The eComm Digital Content Designer is responsible for building the content for our Direct Commerce Channels (DTC and TikTok Shop) as well as customers' websites (such as Walmart.com, Target.com, and Costco.com) with up-to-date, accurate, and compelling product imagery, video, and product copy, with visibility across all North American brands and business units. In partnership with Sales, Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Social Commerce, Tech, and Design departments he / she will ensure the correct digital assets are used for all marketing activations and all appropriate assets are created, distributed and uploaded for new item launches and assortment enhancements.

• Partner with Design and brand teams to request marketing materials and ensure the latest and greatest product packaging and information is available to shoppers on customer sites
• Maintain and grow strong relationships with brand and Marketing teams to ensure best in class content strategy across retail accounts
• Grow and maintain database of product assets for use across Direct Commerce and key Retail.com customers
• Serve as subject matter expert for eComm on internal PIM and DAM systems as well as third-party Content Service Providers (e.g., Syndigo, Salsify)
• Work with Marketing and Sales teams to determine appropriate assortment and product content used in our marketing efforts
• Assist in the creation of product renders and marketing assets

Qualifications

The expected compensation range for this position is up to $102,000 per year.

Confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
