Medical Oncologist / Hematologist – $50K Sign-On Bonus | Clinton, IA

Location : Clinton, Iowa

Setting : Hospital-Attached Cancer Center

Schedule : Full-Time | Minimal After-Hours Call (Phone Only)

Position Overview :

A respected oncology practice in Eastern Iowa is seeking a  Board Certified or Eligible Medical Oncologist / Hematologist  to join its collaborative and patient-centered team. This role offers a balanced mix of medical oncology and hematology in a modern facility with strong nursing and specialist support.

Key Practice Details :

~70% Medical Oncology / ~30% Hematology

~30 patients / day

Consults : 30 mins | Follow-ups : 15 mins

Supported by 4 RNs, MA, CNA, front desk

Onsite infusion center & full ancillary services

Radiation Oncology via academic affiliate

Minimal call responsibilities – phone only

Potential future rotation to nearby facility

Integrated referrals from large PCP base

Candidate Requirements :

BC / BE in Medical Oncology –  Required

BC / BE in Hematology –  Required

Iowa medical license or eligibility –  Required

Not accepting J1, H1B, or Locum candidates

No supervision or malpractice in probate

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive Base Salary  (based on experience)

$50,000 Sign-On Bonus
