WorkSolved Staffing is seeking a Pattern Maker to join our die casting team. The Pattern Maker will be responsible for creating precise and high-quality patterns used in the die casting process. This role requires a keen understanding of design principles, material properties, and machining techniques. The successful candidate will contribute to the production of accurate and efficient die casting molds, ensuring the production of top-notch components.

Responsibilities :

• Pattern Design : Develop detailed and accurate patterns based on engineering drawings, CAD models, and other specifications.
• Material Selection : Choose appropriate materials for patterns, considering factors such as durability, heat resistance, and dimensional stability.
• Precision Machining : Utilize various machining tools and equipment to fabricate patterns with tight tolerances, ensuring compatibility with die casting requirements.
• Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough inspections of patterns to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.
