Production Manager (Finance)
SUMMARY The Production Manager is responsible for leading manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient and scalable production. Physical Demands
As part of the job, the employee sits for lengthy periods while operating a computer, uses hands to type and handle objects, and may stand, walk, and reach regularly. Lifting up to 20 pounds may be required. The role includes requirements to lift, carry, push, pull, reach overhead, and keyboarding. Reasonable accommodation will be provided as needed.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements

Export Compliance
This position includes access to ITAR and EAR technical data. Candidates must qualify as US Persons (U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents).
Travel
Approximately 20% travel is expected, both international and domestic.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range : approximately $110,000 – $140,000 annually. Offers consider responsibilities, experience, education, skills, internal pay equity, and market conditions. Bonuses, merit increases, and other rewards are discretionary. U.S.-based employees receive medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, disability coverage, basic life insurance, wellbeing benefits, up to 11 paid holidays, and up to 80 hours of paid time off and sick leave per year.
