Job Description Motorola Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven Channel Account Manager to join our Enterprise Body Worn Camera team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with channel partners, driving revenue through partner channels, and expanding market reach. You will identify new channel opportunities, enable partners, and ensure mutual success. This position requires a blend of sales, relationship management, and strategic planning skills.
The Channel Account Manager will be responsible for the following :
Develop new business with end-user customers with emphasis on new account development
Promote and market Motorola’s Body Worn Camera products and services within the assigned territory and named accounts
Identify diverse customer needs and understand how the product portfolio can satisfy these needs
Build strong relationships and customer knowledge by understanding the Motorola Solutions business model
Lead video and analytics solution development efforts that address end-user needs, coordinating the involvement of necessary company personnel
Work with vertical marketing teams to identify end user engagement opportunities through associations, conferences, and tradeshows
Prospecting on a daily basis using all tools available
Sales forecasting as required
Maintain CRM data for new and existing account development
Qualifications 3+ years of sales experience
3+ years of customer-interfacing experience - preferred
2+ years of video security solutions sales experience - preferred
Physical security solutions experience - preferred
Strong technical acumen and ability to speak toward our products and solutions
Ability to accurately forecast revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Proven record of achievement in delivering sales results and developing collaborative relationships
Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy and sales philosophy
Functional understanding of Microsoft and Google Apps, especially Excel / Sheets
Strong understanding of indirect sales models and channel ecosystems
Ability to develop and execute partner enablement programs
Location and Travel Requirements Must be able to travel greater than 60% of the time
Candidates can live anywhere in the United States
Target Base Salary Range : $100,000 - $150,000 USD
