Currently, we are seeking a Full Time Healthcare coordinator RN (BSN) with experience working with medically fragile individuals in a residential / community setting.

The essential function of this position is to :

In this nursing position you will have the primary responsibility for coordinate service systems and operations related to the medical care of clients and to provide technical expertise and training to non-medical program staff. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Registered Nurse with experience in community nursing and / or developmental disabilities. Good organizational skills, very detail oriented and good communication skills. Knowledge of computer software for recordkeeping, form development, word processing, and experience with data base design and maintenance.
