• You're great with people.HVAC problems are stressful, but you know the right way to talk to customers so they know everything will be taken care of.
• You understand the importance of annual maintenance. You believe the value a club membership can provide homeowners and you take the time to explain the benefits to home owners on every call. It can help prolong the life of the comfort system, prevent breakdowns and keep warranties valid.

• Bonus points : You have your HVAC Mech IV and EPA Type certification.If you don't, that's ok, too!

Summary of Position

Service Technician : Perform thorough maintenance & repair on all ages of equipment, with the ability to accurately diagnose heating and air conditioning system issues. Must be able to recognize potential breakdown issues before they happen and make the appropriate recommendations to the customer. Must be able to discuss various options for the clients regarding repair or replacing their system.

Work Hours

Monday - Friday7 : 30 am-4 : 30pm (flexible end times based on business needs)

Other Requirements : A valid drivers license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a criminal background check
