Position : Bakery Team Member
Work Schedule : Varied & flexible. Evenings & weekends required. Some availability around holidays is also required.
Summary of Role : Bakery Team members follow recipes to prepare & produce baked goods, and follow processes to maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the bakery, as assigned by the Pastry Chef. The Bakery Team interacts with guests via telephone and by welcoming those entering Bourbon & Baker through the back door. Bakers must maintain cleanliness, follow food and kitchen safety practices, and professionally communicate with guests and coworkers.

Ability to be on your feet up to 8 hoursAbility to walk up and down stairsAbility to reach & lift above the head as neededAbility to lift, carry and move items up to 60 lbsAbility to squat, bend, and twist your body as neededAbility to function in a work environment that is hot, loud, in tight spaces with colleagues, contains wet and slippery surfacesAbility to work near and interact with extremely hot cooking surfaces and equipment including but not limited to the ovens and toasters
