Estia, a high-end Greek restaurant, is looking for a Beverage Manager . You will help operate our restaurants on a day-to-day basis.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Make daily floor plans per shift to ensure proper rotation and coverage of station
- Supervise floor service in dining rooms during hours of operation
- Maintain communication with the Chef on all food service and menu issues
- Communicate with fellow managers on any issues.
- Maintain direct communication with guests for special requests and reservations.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :
We offer a 5-day work week, approximately 40-45 hours, with weekly pay, 50% covered healthcare, and quarterly profit-sharing bonuses.
