Are you an experienced

• turret punch operator
• looking to take ownership of a critical production area? We're seeking a skilled individual to manage the daily operations of our turret punches in Waukesha, WI . This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent benefits.

What You'll Do :

As a turret punch operator, you'll be responsible for

Operating and programming turret punch machines to fabricate parts according to work orders and customer requirements.

Ensuring machinery is properly set up, functioning correctly, and adhering to all company quality, quantity, and efficiency standards.

Operating various non-CNC-controlled production machines, including lathes, horizontal and vertical mills, saws, and tape cutters.

Performing manual work and assembly duties using a variety of hand tools, paint accessories, drills, and more.

Securely placing workpieces in machine tables or holding devices using clamps and wrenches.

Loading, operating, and manufacturing custom parts based on customer orders and blueprints.

Conducting in-process inspections according to standard procedures.

Maintaining accurate part counts and performing necessary packaging duties.

Demonstrating a strong understanding of G&M coding .

What We're Looking For :

Proven experience as a turret punch operator .

Experience in programming turret punch machines .

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

A proactive individual who can take ownership of their work area.

Compensation & Schedule :

Pay Rate : $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule : 1st shift, Monday - Friday (6 : 30 am - 3 : 00 pm)

Schedule : 2nd shift, Monday - Friday (2 : 30pm - 11 : 00pm)
