We are currently seeking a Multi-Site Supervisor!
The Multi-Site Supervisor assists the Regional Property Manager with overseeing the operations of one or more locations. Multi-site supervisors are tasked with ensuring each location operates smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities include :
- Create spreadsheets, letters, templates, presentations, and forms
- Assist leadership with special projects, administrative tasks, and other related work.
- Write meeting minutes, memos, and other correspondence
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas and materials
- Coordinate and produce status reports, project reports, and other information for special projects
- Ensure that all designated sites have completed their daily, weekly, and monthly required tasks.
- Demonstrates good communication skills and helps ensure positive communication with the community, agencies, owners, staff, and residents.
- Advise Property Managers of any revisions regarding policy, established forms, reports, and manuals, including updates, changes, and additions. Ensure that the most recent revisions of the same are being utilized.
- Other duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications & Skills :
Affordable Housing Expertise :Thorough knowledge of processing Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC or Section 42) certification paperwork.Demonstrated experience with other affordable housing programs such as HUD, Section 8, Section 202, and / or Section 811.Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, employees, property managers, supervisors, and external partners.Requirements :
At least six months of experience in an office management / admin type roleWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office suite softwareStrong communication skills, both written and oralAbility to build rapport and work well in a team settingAbility to manage multiple projects and respond quickly in a fast-paced environmentTrack record of being detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to remain professional and courteousCompensation :
