Job Title : Tilt Wall Supervisor – South Florida

About the Role :

We’re seeking a hands-on Tilt Wall Supervisor with practical field experience in tilt-up construction. This is not a general superintendent role — we’re looking for someone who has been in the field, leading crews, and physically overseeing the build from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lay out tilt-wall projects starting from surveyed building corners
• Direct and manage crews from foundations through to panel erection
• Plan, coordinate, and confirm correct placement of reinforcing steel, lift inserts, and brace inserts
• Oversee panel layout and positioning for efficient and safe crane erection
• Ensure adherence to tilt-wall best practices, safety standards, and schedule requirements
