OPERATIONS SALES MANGER
Oversee field and office operations, ensuring timely and high-quality service and install execution
- Manage workforce scheduling, dispatching, and job completion through systems like FieldEdge
- Monitor productivity, material usage, and job profitability
- Enforce safety standards and compliance with OSHA and company guidelines
- Coordinate training, licensing, and upskilling of technicians and installers
- Ensure inventory management and vendor coordination meet project demands
Sales & Revenue Growth
Set and track monthly and quarterly revenue targets for service and install teamsManage estimates, customer proposals, and upsell opportunitiesReview job costing and gross margin performanceWork with inside sales / admin team to close leads and increase conversionParticipate in local marketing initiatives and outreach to drive new businessCollaborate with GMs or finance to align sales efforts with company goalsTeam Leadership & Development
Recruit, onboard, and retain skilled tradespeople and sales coordinatorsConduct regular performance evaluations, ride-alongs, and coaching sessionsPromote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer-first serviceResolve employee or customer escalations swiftly and professionallyEnsure alignment between field staff and office supportRequirements :
Reporting & Strategic Input
Provide weekly reports on KPIs : booked jobs, revenue, job margin, labor utilizationAnalyze customer feedback and service trends to guide improvementsParticipate in leadership meetings and provide input on strategic directionCollaborate on pricing models, service packages, and technician incentivesQUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC operations, service, or installProven track record in residential / commercial HVAC sales and team leadershipStrong understanding of field operations and customer lifecycleExperience with job costing, estimates, and CRM / dispatch software (e.g., FieldEdge)Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams across locationsExcellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
