- No experience - will start at $17 / hour
- With experience- pay negotiable based on skillset
- Average yearly income $37,000-$65,000

Responsibilities :
Demo and rebuild damaged structural elements, including drywall and plumbingOrganize and clean salvageable belongings and propertyIdentify mold, weather, fire, and water damage in homes and businessesExecute all water mitigation and extraction servicesMend and refurbish the home or businessQualifications :
Must be comfortable with fieldwork and working in various weather and environmentsGood communication, teamwork, and listening skillsWe require you have a high school diploma or GEDComfortable with using power and hand toolsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs, and in good physical fitness and stamina for cleanupMUST live within 50 miles of our office in Auburn HillsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordGreat communication, listening, and teamwork skillsAble to participate in our rotational on-call after-hours scheduleEmpathy and compassionWilling to learn new things every dayAble to work in a fast-paced environmentExperience and certifications are a plusAbout Company
