We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Sourcing Specialist to join our "Best-in-Class" Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will provide sourcing support to the Tax and Assurance recruiting teams by identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent that aligns with the firm's strategic goals.

What Work You Will be Responsible For :
As a creative, energetic, and inquisitive Talent Acquisition professional, you will play a key role in shaping EisnerAmper's talent pipeline. You'll bring your organizational discipline, business acumen, and relationship building skills to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver exceptional results.
Your day-to-day work will include :
Work collaboratively with the Tax and Assurance recruiters to understand business objectives, candidate requirements for open positions, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Proactively identify and engage a strong network of high-potential candidates through research, referrals, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
Conducting comprehensive candidate screenings to assess qualifications and communicating what sets EisnerAmper apart as an employer of choice.
Provide detailed candidate summaries and maintain accurate data on our platforms.
Deliver an exceptional client and candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
Leveraging your industry knowledge and established professional networks to drive proactive recruitment efforts.
Demonstrated proven success sourcing and engaging passive talent using tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, Beamery, Workday, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
Travel to recruiting events and EisnerAmper offices as needed.
Basic Qualifications :
5+ years of experience working as a dedicated sourcer or full cycle recruiter.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
Preferred / Desired Qualifications :
Proven experience driving sourcing initiatives using a variety of tools, techniques, and sourcing strategies - including advanced Boolean and search engine methods to identify and attract top talent.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated sound judgment, professionalism, and strong customer service orientation.
Strong analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
