Job Description
We are partnered with a reputable South Florida construction company seeking an Estimator specializing in Roofing, Concrete Restoration, and General Construction. Our client is looking for a professional who will be instrumental in project planning and execution by delivering precise cost projections and implementing robust cost management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive cost projections for roofing, concrete restoration, and general construction projects, encompassing labor, materials, equipment, and indirect expenses.
- Review architectural drawings and project specifications to identify scope and requirements.
- Work closely with project managers and engineering staff to obtain essential information for precise pricing.
- Perform on-site evaluations to examine conditions and collect estimation data.
- Track project expenditures during the construction phase to maintain budget compliance.
- Offer continuous guidance to project teams on cost management strategies and financial oversight.
