Ready to take your career to new heights? We're looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to join our aerospace team in Derby and play a key role in delivering precision components for world-class aerospace programmes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Driving New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, turning concepts into production reality.
• Developing and improving sheet metal manufacturing processes
• Creating clear, practical process documentation and work instructions.
• Rolling up your sleeves to provide hands-on support on the shop floor.
• Solving problems, removing bottlenecks, and making processes leaner, safer, and more efficient.
• Ensuring everything we do meets AS9100 and aerospace quality standards
