Maintenance Technician

F&F Properties, a leader in property management, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play an essential part in maintaining our properties to the highest standard, ensuring that our residents enjoy comfortable and well-maintained living spaces.

As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing resident repair requests, and conducting preventative maintenance inspections. This position requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving to maintain operational efficiency at our properties.

You will be required to travel between multiple locations, providing support and repairs where needed, and will have the opportunity to work with a team that values dedication and hard work.

• Perform general repairs and maintenance work on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
• Assist with apartment turnarounds by preparing units for new residents, including painting and minor repairs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and parts used.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
