Job Overview
The PCA III oversees and coordinates all PCAs work and ensures they comply with all licensed providers and other staff members orders. In the absence of the PCA Supervisor, this position will seek direction and oversight from the Center Manager and Nursing Supervisor. The position will be an IDT member and will work with the PCA I, II, and assigned RN / LVN / HCC LVN using the PCA III communication tool to gather information to share at the IDT meetings. This position will help support PACE participants engagement in satisfaction surveys, IDT discussions, physical and mental well-being, and overall cost containment of participants supplies. Identify and train on competency for PCAs. Assist PCA Supervisor in coordinating team assignments and workflow, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations for PCA staff.
