We are a client-focused personal injury law firm in Savannah dedicated to achieving justice for individuals and families. Our team values initiative, collaboration, and trial readiness. We provide mentorship and hands-on experience to help our attorneys grow into skilled trial lawyers.

We're seeking a Personal Injury Associate Attorney with 2–8 years of litigation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle cases independently on a day-to-day basis, while also working closely with senior attorneys for mentorship and trial development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
  • Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, and hearings
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients and opposing counsel
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation
  • Appear in court and participate in trials, with mentoring and guidance

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar
  • South Carolina Bar license strongly preferred – or willingness to sit for the South Carolina Bar if requested by the firm
  • 2–8 years of experience in litigation (personal injury preferred)
  • Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in both independent and team-driven work environments
  • Must be based in the Savannah, GA area (flexible remote / hybrid arrangements available)
