Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, Missouri, is seeking an experienced physician to step into the role of Medical Director of Anesthesiology . The Opportunity

This position is ideal for an experienced, well-trained anesthesiologist (5+ years preferred) who enjoys a collegial and respectful practice environment. Youll lead a team of 11 full-time CRNAs, along with PRN support, in providing anesthesia services for a variety of inpatient and outpatient procedures.

• Variety of Procedures : General surgery, trauma, OB / GYN, orthopedics, urology, ophthalmology, podiatry, and more.
• Modern Facilities : Six OR suites at Douglas Medical Center and four across the street at the hospital, including a dedicated C-section suite.

CMH surgeons perform nearly 500 surgeries per month, supported by the latest technologies, including Da Vinci XI and Mako robots . A major hospital expansion and remodeling projectscheduled for completion in 2025 / 2026will add an additional OR suite, along with upgraded pre- and post-op areas, further enhancing our capabilities.
