We are looking for a Staff Battery Quality Engineer to join our Supply Chain team in San Francisco, California. In this pivotal role, you will act as a senior technical leader and a go-to expert for all battery and electronic module quality initiatives. You will be responsible for defining the long-term quality strategy, leading critical New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, and serving as the primary technical liaison between Oura's internal Battery Design & Integration teams and our global manufacturing partners.
This role moves beyond collaboration to strategic influence. You will champion a culture of quality, providing deep technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams. Your expertise will not only ensure product quality from the concept phase through high-volume mass production but also shape the processes that allow our supply chain to scale and innovate.
This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco office with the expectation to be onsite 3 days per week.
