The Opportunity : Launch Your Development Career :
This is not your typical support role. We are seeking a motivated Computer Science graduate who is eager to build a long-term career with us, starting with a deep immersion into our products and our customers' needs. You will begin as a Software Support Specialist, becoming the expert on our platform. After demonstrating proficiency and a strong grasp of our systems, you will transition into a full-time Software Development role on our engineering team.
This unique pathway ensures that our developers have an unparalleled understanding of the customer experience and the real-world problems our software solves.
What You'll Do :
Phase 1 : Immersion & Expertise (Approx. 12-18 Months) :
Your initial focus will be on mastering our technology and supporting our users. You will be the vital link between our customers and our product.
- Technical Customer Support : Provide expert-level troubleshooting and technical support for our cloud applications via email, chat, and phone.
- Software Testing & QA : Assist our QA team in testing new features, identifying bugs, and ensuring a high-quality release.
- Data Collection & Analysis : Gather and analyze support data to identify trends, recurring issues, and potential areas for product improvement.
- Certification & Documentation : Help maintain and execute product certification processes and contribute to our internal and external knowledge bases.
Phase 2 : Transition to Development :
As you prove your mastery of the system, your responsibilities will evolve to include :
Bug Fixing & Minor Enhancements : Start by writing code to resolve issues you've identified firsthand.Feature Development : Gradually take on tasks within larger feature projects under the guidance of senior developers.Full Integration : Successfully transition to a dedicated Software Engineer role on one of our product teams.Who You Are :
You have recently earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a directly related field .You have a solid foundation in programming principles and are proficient in at least one language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).You are a problem-solver at heart, with excellent analytical and debugging skills.You possess outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.You are customer-focused, patient, and empathetic.You are hungry to learn, highly adaptable, and see the "support phase" as a critical stepping stone to becoming a more effective developer.Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves) :
Personal coding projects, contributions to open-source, or a relevant internship.Familiarity with SQL and database concepts.Understanding of REST APIs and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role.Why Join Us?
