Primary Responsibilities

• Daily Readiness : Verify overnight inventory change completion; check camera / app health, job queues, and exception dashboards; log results and escalate gaps.
• UPC Verification : Scan and validate items on the sales floor (changed, missing, new items) throughout the morning / day; confirm bin / section placement and attach notes / photos as required.
• Template Capture : Set up at marked capture zone; follow rotation SOP (all items + barcode); ensure glare control, distance, and naming / metadata; submit templates for Operations follow up.
• Exception Handling : Triage missing images, misaligned bins, and low-confidence cart detections; follow playbooks; close the loop with stakeholders.
• Member & Safety First : Coordinate access to shelves with minimal aisle impact; follow PPE, lifting, forklift safety, and equipment procedures; report / correct unsafe conditions.
• Communication & Tracking : Update task trackers; communicate status and blockers to Leads / Merch / Operations / CV team; keep tidy work area.
