Job Title : Senior Account Executive Job Description
The Senior Account Executive is a key driver of revenue growth, responsible for selling SaaS subscription products to prospective clients. This role owns the full sales cycle—from initial outreach and qualification to conducting product demonstrations, closing deals, and transitioning new clients to the Onboarding Specialist. Success in this role requires a consultative approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to clearly articulate how our solutions address client pain points. You will collaborate closely with marketing and revenue operations to develop strategic account plans, expand pipeline opportunities, and accelerate deal progression.
Responsibilities
Pipeline Development & Management : Build and maintain a healthy, rolling pipeline of qualified opportunities. Use account-based strategies to prioritize and defend progress against sales goals.
Prospecting & Outreach : Identify and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and other outreach channels. Engage C-level executives and decision-makers across industries.
Product Demonstrations : Schedule and lead compelling platform demos that include contextual slides, pain point discussions, and tailored value propositions.
Sales Execution : Manage multiple prospects through various stages of the sales cycle. Advance and close deals with strategic actions and cross-functional collaboration.
CRM & Sales Tools : Maintain clean and accurate records in our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics). Use sales enablement tools and reporting features to track activity and improve effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with marketing, sales operations, legal, and finance to support deal progression and ensure alignment across teams.
Consultative Selling : Position our full suite of offerings strategically, demonstrating how they solve client challenges and differentiate us from competitors.
Feedback & Process Improvement : Provide ongoing feedback to internal stakeholders on client needs, market trends, and process enhancements.
Essential Skills
4 years+ of B2B sales experience
Proficiency in CRM Software
Experience with sales, outbound calls, C-Level engagement, and new business development
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with cold calling and inside sales
Strong consultative selling skills
Ability to engage with decision-makers across industries
Work Environment
This is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM with an hour for lunch. Candidates will use their own computer equipment and need to have their own WiFi.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valley Cottage, New York.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $40.87 / hr.
