Job Description
Williams-Sonoma, Inc. - Desktop Technician III
Project : WSI is in need of a Desktop resources to assist in the support of PC's, Printer's and RF devices used by Global Logistics associates in their Olive Branch campus as well as their Sonoma Cove location.
Support can consist of day to day trouble calls or user requests, supporting on-going projects related to these types of devices and routine device maintenance / upkeep. The potential candidate must be reasonably adept in troubleshooting problems with some or all of these types of devices, communicating and follow-up with end users of various levels within the organization, along with providing excellent customer service.
This resource will be supporting roughly 300 end users (Global Logistics associates) with approximately 25 tickets per shift, per person.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00 / hr.
