A company is looking for a Sr. Support Engineer (Pacific Time Working Hours).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the intake, triage, and routing of complex support requests across all product areas
Conduct thorough troubleshooting of customer requests and serve as the primary escalation point for intricate issues
Contribute to Support Engineering initiatives, including developing internal playbooks and customer-facing resources
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a highly technical, customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS company
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in reading, writing, and debugging client-side and backend JavaScript
Deep working knowledge of HTML / CSS and experience with REST and GraphQL APIs
Familiarity with ticketing systems like Linear, Asana, or Jira
