Accounts Payable Clerk

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Accounts Payable Clerk creates value for DeZURIK by timely entering and paying supplier invoices related to the accounts payable function.

This position is currently eligible for DeZURIK's hybrid work schedule.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

• Enter and process supplier invoices into the Accounts Payable module of DeZURIK's ERP system.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of supplier invoice entry.
• Support the supplier payment processing and scheduled check runs. Ensure timely payments of invoices and maintain accurate records and control reports.
• Assist with supplier inquiries and supplier statement reconciliations.
• Continually look for areas of improvement for accuracy and transactional efficiencies.
• Assist with the annual 1099 reporting process.
• Various duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Normal manufacturing and office environment. When working occasionally in some shop areas, personal protection equipment (PPE) will be recommended and / or required (safety shoes, safety glasses w / side shields, hearing protection, face shield, gloves, apron and boots). Must have the ability to support extended business hours to meet customer business needs.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

DeZURIK offers a competitive hourly rate in the $22.24 to $26.70 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.
