A company is looking for an Organizational Change Manager to drive change initiatives within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies
Develop project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment and end-user training
Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers during transitions
Required Qualifications
6 years of experience in Microsoft 365 / Azure program / projects deployment
BA or BS Degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or Industrial / Organizational Psychology
5+ years of experience in organizational change management program design and implementation
5+ years of experience in project management and resource management
Change Management Professional and / or Project Manager certification preferred
