WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You’ll join Bain’s global Legal team, a collaborative group of experienced lawyers supporting a world-class consulting firm operating across 65 cities in 40 countries. Bain is a deeply client-focused organization, and our Legal team mirrors that commitment by providing outstanding service to our internal clients.

WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM As Associate Counsel, you will primarily support Bain’s Legal Group by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating legal contracts, while also advising consulting staff and contributing to team-wide projects.

What you’ll do

Contract Support

• Review, draft, and negotiate legal contracts, including :
• confidentiality agreements
• vendor and independent contractor agreements
• service provider agreements
• other business agreements
• Communicate legal issues and recommendations clearly to internal clients and senior lawyers
• Coordinate reviews and comments with stakeholders
• Review and prepare RFP responses
• Manage and interact with contract management systems and automated review tools
• Balance multiple contracts and priorities efficiently

U.S. compensation information

Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution based on years of service, and Bain’s best-in-class benefits package.
