Join the V3 Team and take your career to the next level! We are looking for a skilled and detail oriented Senior Project Manager to support our Construction Group in our Columbus, OH office. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Your role will involve coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of earthwork projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage earthwork, stabilization, and stormwater-related projects, including excavation, grading, stabilization, and site development.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Mentor and support junior project managers and team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
