job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPlan and manage workload requirements to meet project deliverables and client expectations. Develop and present detailed technical and pricing proposals for clients. Oversee project invoicing and ensure accuracy and timely submission. Interview, hire, and onboard team members to align with project needs and client requirements. Provide professional consultation to clients, addressing project needs and aligning solutions with business practices. Monitor and control project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and resolutions. Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and organizational policies. Education : Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related scientific or technical discipline. Advanced degree with at least three (8) years of relevant experience. At least ten (10) years of experience in managing IT projects and tasks. Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects. Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Expertise in preparing technical and pricing proposals. Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and technical teams effectively. Ability to manage project risks, budgets, and timelines effectively. Knowledge of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and related technologies.
