Provides timely and accurate quotes.Processes orders for build-ups, repairs, and replacement at the appropriate gross margins.Ensures on time delivery of product and repairs.Provides customer service by answering general service calls.Communicates with customers and other associates on any contract changes.Works with vendors on order fulfillment, pricing, and shipping.Records non-conformances.Communicates regularly with the Shop regarding status of repairs.Occasionally may be required to travel by motor vehicle for business purposes, otherwise; on-site regular attendance is required at the office / warehouse location
Education :
High School Diploma or equivalent required. One to three months related experience and / or training preferred.
